1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our corporate website and apply to all contracting arrangements, surveys, inspections, material supply, and structural waterproofing works executed by Ahalya Investment LLC within the Sultanate of Oman.

2. Inspections & Estimates

All diagnostic estimates and recommendations are based on visible surface conditions, moisture mapping readings, and technical surveys at the time of inspection. Hidden structural shifts or internal piping leaks unknown to us during survey are not covered under initial cost structures.

3. Warranty Conditions

All major structural waterproofing works are backed by a 10-year warranty on membranes. This warranty remains valid provided that the client ensures no third-party alterations, drillings, structural extensions, or drilling of heavy installations occur in the waterproofed zone without prior written approval from Ahalya Investment LLC.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in writing: a standard mobilization deposit is required upon signing contracts, intermediate progress payments according to stages of work completed, and the final balance payment upon completion of pond testing and issuance of warranty certificates.

5. Governing Law

Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from contracts with Ahalya Investment LLC shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the commercial laws of the Sultanate of Oman, under the jurisdiction of Omani courts.
